SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App Reviews

For those who are using SF this is awesome.

Easy to use, intuitive, just great!!!

I used for SAPs LearningHub to read handbooks. Only landscape view was available! And two broad bars hid a lot of valuable screen space. Currently unusable and very annoying. Might improve with the next or next to next update. Perhaps.

I also used it for the SAP Learning Hub to read course handbooks. Nearly unusable. It supports only landscape view, there are two broad horizontal bars (one content slider, one search bar) that hide valuable content. The search bar is without function. There is also no possibility to mark the content for later references. The resolution of the handbooks (text and images) is very poor within the viewer. The pages look like poor quality images. Beside the handbooks, I was unable to consume other content of the learning hub like online courses with animation and speech. So there is a lot of improvements for the future...

Basically Id give zero stars if it was possible. Lets assume the remaining star is for the idea of the app. I wanted to use the app to access my learning content from SAPs learning hub. It doesnt work at all. Neither on-line nor offline. So the app doesnt have any value at all.

Sub-par functionality, competitors have superior mobile apps. Constantly crashes! Stay away!

Great little app for connecting to Jam

This tool is amazing, I can check all details from my meetings directly from my phone, I can sit in meetings with my employees and open their Performance Goals, book 1-1s, review/update action items, etc. There is nothing in the market that provides all these features at the same app! Last but not least JAM is the best work social media, it has a pretty Facebook like look.

Within the last couple of weeks, I havent been able to view feeds on the mobile app. Has this feature been disabled/any way to re-enable?

We use SuccessFactors within our enterprise and I wanted to try the IOS app to work on while travelling. It would not even let me past the license agreement after I accepted both conditions. I would have thought SAP would be able to do better than this!

Not been able to download the handbooks for LH courses which was the main reason I downloaded this app.. No other use lame app

Why would you separate out learning and the groups (jam) functionality into different apps?!?!? You just under cut an elegant complete solution into three mutually less useful apps. Youve also managed to make the instructional documents of your customer obsolete in one felled idiotic swoop! Congrats on this monumental failure. I hope it hurts the wallet.

Not possible to activate application because it recognize the device as jailbroken while the phone is not....

You can look up an employee and see their reporting chain. Kinda useful. You cant add objectives, update objectives, view training, review resumes, or do any of the things I go to SuccessFactors to do.

Says to log into website, click on your name, click options then to click mobile... but there is no mobile link to click.

Unable to activate the mobile app. Because theres no option under options to find mobile.

In attempting to bring "HR closer to their employees," SuccessFactors appears to have reduced the functionality of this app to another glorified social media profile. The features that had once made this app valuable have disappeared. Where is the Performance Goals module? Where is the Learning module? Without the segments that allow HR to support the mobile workforces development, this app serves little to no purpose, and deserves no place on my phone.

This is the second time I downloaded the app, I have to do classes for my job, the app opens up I can access the class but Im unable to move the screen(scroll) to advance to the next section. This is what happened the first time I got got the app.
