Great concept, but seems to be highly fragile. My experience has been that whenever they update, functionality decreases and more issues are created. It is entirely possible that it is our corporate implementation, but support is virtually non-existent and takes weeks. Currently weve been waiting weeks for phone numbers to be reinstated, due to an upgrade. Photos are also now problematic. Unless you are a Fortune 100 corp, you are unlikely to get support....even for issues they create. Unfortunately, we have thousands of employees on this system. And hundreds of thousands of dollars invested. Only engage this system if you totally understand the risks. A very frustrated user....
