SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App Reviews

Great concept, but seems to be highly fragile. My experience has been that whenever they update, functionality decreases and more issues are created. It is entirely possible that it is our corporate implementation, but support is virtually non-existent and takes weeks. Currently weve been waiting weeks for phone numbers to be reinstated, due to an upgrade. Photos are also now problematic. Unless you are a Fortune 100 corp, you are unlikely to get support....even for issues they create. Unfortunately, we have thousands of employees on this system. And hundreds of thousands of dollars invested. Only engage this system if you totally understand the risks. A very frustrated user....

Whatever this update was yesterday, the app doesnt work. Very hard to set up in the first place and extremely slow when trying to load stuff. At least give us something worth using.

Whatever happened during the last update has made this completely unusable. Crashes during loading. Crash. Crash. Crash. Deleted and reinstalled. Crash.

This app is decent, but needs some work. The interface has some spots that dont flow well / arent intuitive. Also, Im glad org chart is included but need to be able to move up the chain not just see my direct reports. Lastly, youve got to include the company directory. Being able to search for a person and then see how they for in the organization (both up and down) on my mobile device would be valuable.

I use this to manage my team and look at predictive Analytics about my group. I can also create new reqs to initiate the hiring process. This makes my job of managing my people much easier than it used to be. I love SuccessFactors and how easy the talent management is but the core hr functions are like using turbo tax. Hard to mess up. Just answer the questions based on what you want to do.

If the app is running in the background and I try to open it again it crashes. Especially when I try to reload content. Please fix.

Pretty great!! Handy to have on the go.

What happened to the org chart? I upgraded the app and now it is gone!!!

The learning feature winning the app leaves a lot to be desired. Lack of landscape mode renders the app useless when trying to view eLearning. Inability to launch anything but assigned content truly limits the learning experience and stifles learning culture development.

Why is my company paying for their services?!

App (SF for JAM) does not stay current with web browser version. After last update my Notifications page is always blank even when receiving pop up icon showing messages. Needs work.

There is a bug in objectives section, I cant read full text.

I generally use the sfsf app for JAM only, I find it very slow, in particular for looking at notifications and not easy to look at my feed updates

Non user friendly

Use SF for work. Think PepsiCo should invest elsewhere. Its been months since this app successfully even opened. Our field-based mobile workforce requires well-functioning apps and this is a true disappointment.

What a nightmare of an app! Spent an hour trying to activate it. 0 stars!

On opening this app, I get a message saying this app is not designed to run on jailbroke devises! My iPad isnt jailbroke! Even if it was, this is a free app! Zero stars!

Streaming video content has no sound! App would be useful, but is unusable as-is.

As soon I activate my account, only pass 1 min and ask me to activate it again. Do not work

Good idea poorly executed!!! You are not able to fully view the content in learning objectives. The scenarios are extremely small and unreadable once clicked on.
