I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app and get help from my cooperate office to give me a whole new account access and now I can’t even download the app on my phone anymore. It just keeps asking for a password for my credit card number and if I bypass that, the little icon just keeps spinning forever…

Every update fixes one thing only to cause a new problem. Using the phone app today and now you can’t select a date for PTO or Wellness

Every time I try to login to the app it says “unable to sign in” when I put in my password and I know for a fact that the password isn’t wrong and neither is the username it won’t let me do anything If I try to reset it says “reset password not available at this time.please contact support” if I click unlock account it won’t even send me an email if I click the option.

Latest version not compatible with my phone. Thanks, HR.

The worst payroll app I’ve encountered. Don’t know why it even exists. PAYCOM is a much superior app.

How to use. Activate…. No QR codes one received are ever valid so being forced to type in an insanely long URL is the only option. After that trying to login is a drawn out process…. Seems like a lot of work just to access my pay stubs so HR can continue being the lazy wastes of payroll.

I have not been able to see my paycheck for a couple of months now.

It’s telling me failed to log in and I’m logged in but it’s not putting up my data I get this a lot On this app

How to convert the application to Arabic

I am able to take Learning, take Time Off, fill Time Sheet and look at my pay on the GO easily.

This is the worst payroll app and sad that my employer uses it. Makes me want to just quit my job.

I suggest adding a Dark Mode feature to your app. This would enhance user experience, conserve device battery life and improve accessibility.

I’ve been experiencing problems when requesting time off. The calendar often selects incorrect dates—for example, I’ll request a specific day, but a different date shows up after submission. This issue has delayed my approvals, and I’ve already informed my Team Lead about it. My Team Lead has also faced difficulties adjusting my dates. Additionally, several of my coworkers have encountered the same issues. Action needs to be taken, as the app has become unusable for me.

I have been having multiple issues when requesting time off. First, the calendar recognizes incorrect dates. I would request a certain day off and will see a completely different date once submitted. It has caused delay in my approval and I have brought that to my Team Lead’s attention. Something needs to be done. The app has become useless to me.

It keeps randomly logging out me and my co workers every now and then!

Updated review 11/18/2024: after receiving an email from the developer regarding the app crashing a couple days after my review, as promised by the developer, I just received notice to update success factors in the App Store. The app no longer just shows a white screen and I am now able to access it on iOS 18.2...updating my review from 1-star to 5-star 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 thanks for the quick turnaround time!!!! App will not load with iOS 18.2 beta and shows just a blank white screen saying "your device must meet security requirements. please contact your system administrator." PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP.

This app is not working with IOS 18.2 Beta.

It won’t let me login on the mobile app

Latest update didn’t improve anything. Every time the app is closed and reopened, it logs me out. In order to log back in, I have to log into my account on a computer just to reactive the app. I’m not always near a computer so, this is very inconvenient for me. Needs fixed now!

This use to work just fine but now every time I log in it logs me right back out and has me put my username and password several times just to not work.

Most annoying app to login. PLEASE simplify the process. You literally need a laptop or computer to login cause you need to search the information. I’ve logged in and it logs me out a week later and I have to research the credentials again ON TOP of the million other credentials for work.

Success Factors removed the icon to view pay statement information in tje recent updates.

This app is trash it takes so long to load I would be better off driving to the bank

Excellent tool that employees can utilize to stay updated and notified on valuable and important information needed to stay up to date and improve. Offers a great wide variety of different topics and information and tools to help with everything. Just an outstanding app, helps out a lot.

The app works great. I love being able to clock in & out over the phone. However It is taking some getting used to. I do recommend adding the time sheet option as a favorite so that I can click straight in to my time sheet for the day to clock in. Or even having it pop up in the “reminders” section when I have not clocked in or out for the day just to help keep me accountable to recording my time, daily. If I could “favorite” my time sheet & add it as a reminder with a push notification, it would be less easy to forget to record my working time for the day.

Completing my HR documents in the iPad app is very efficient, over doing it on my laptop. I would recommend this app.

For quick tasks and updates, very reliable and so far no major issues accessing and updating content.

Hands down worst work-related app I think I’ve ever used. This worthless heap of junk hasn’t worked since the day I downloaded it. I downloaded it to check my pay stubs and what not but this app Refuses to load anything.

This is a great application

Logged in with the QR code and my device was correctly activated. The next time I tried to open the app, it asked me again to log in. After scanning the QR code, received an error “Failed to load data. please try again later”. After closing the popup, it takes me to an empty view. If I wait a few minutes, the Log In button shows up again but clicking it triggers the same message. If the authentication method is not working, how can I give this app more than one star… Tried to contact the App Support directly but it does not work without logging in!
